The carriage return characters have been removed from the text where you don't want them, and kept in the text where you do want them. Just copy the text, go to WordWrapper, click on Wrap Clipboard, return to your word processor, and paste.

WordWrapper is intelligent enough to recognize paragraphs and to leave the carriage returns where you want them, removing only those that get in the way of word wrapping. It recognizes paragraphs in three ways:
• more than one carriage return
• a carriage return followed by a specified number of spaces
• or a line shorter than a user-specified length
In addition, WordWrapper has a number of other useful options for massaging text. You can replace spaces with tabs, delete spaces from the beginning of lines, and even unwrap text by putting carriage returns back on the ends of lines.
